Daily faults and solutions of electronic tensile testing machine

1. Abnormal vibration and noise

(1) Please first check whether the four legs of the electronic tension machine contact the pedestal evenly. If not, please adjust the four legs to make them contact evenly.

(2) Check whether the system power supply voltage is normal and stable. If not, please replace it with a stable and normal power supply.

(3) Check whether the screws of the electronic tension machine are loose. If they are loose, please tighten them.

2. Abnormal test data

(1) Please confirm whether the clamping of "test piece" is true or not. If not, please do.

(2) Please check whether the settings of "force sensor" and "decoder" are correct. If not, please refer to the operating instructions of the electronic tension machine.

(3) Please check whether the "force return to zero" and "deformation return to zero" are pressed before the test. If not, please restart the test and press the "force return to zero" and "deformation return to zero" before the test.
