1. In the verification of electronic tensile machine, when there are positive and negative errors in the indication of the testing machine, the indication of the testing machine and the corresponding standard force value are generally corrected. 2. When the indication error is negative, it is linear. First of all, the actual error value of each calibration point should be recorded during the verification, and then when the measurement is calibrated again, the standard force value of each calibration point is the standard force value minus the actual error value, which can be adjusted. For example: when the standard force value is 200kn, the error is - 4.2kn. In the calibration, when the display shows 195.8kn, you need to confirm the key and enter the value.

3. When the indication error is positive, it is linear. In the way of negative error, during calibration, the standard force value of each calibration point will change, the standard force value plus the actual error value can be input, and then it can be adjusted.

4. If the indication error, whether positive or negative, is not linear, it needs to be calibrated with the above method, and then it can be adjusted with the conventional method.
