1. Standard configuration

4. Test travel

Choose the type according to the nature of the items that your company needs to test, such as testing the items with large elasticity and long length. When ordering the tensile testing machine, you should communicate with the technical department of the manufacturer in advance. Take the flexible packaging film as an example, its performance and requirements need to be tested, and the stroke is 600-1500mm. If the material elongation exceeds 1000%, the stroke can be 1000 or 1200mm.

7. Output results

8. Test speed

Some of the market equipment is in 10 ~ 500mm / min, some in 0.001 ~ 500mm / min, the former generally uses ordinary speed control system, the cost is low, affect the precision; the latter uses servo system, the price is expensive, high precision, for soft packaging enterprises, choose servo system, speed range of 1 ~ 500mm / min is enough, so it does not affect the precision, the price is within a reasonable range.
