JJPIT-S Dynamic Pressure Tester

This instrument is the pressure impact test unit of the comprehensive performance test platform of thin-walled stainless steel pipe fittings, which is used to test the pressure impact resistance of thin-walled stainless steel pipes and fittings after connection.

1. Double pump, high pressure, large flow

High and low pressure dual pump structure design, both pressure and flow performance indicators are taken into account. When the flow rate reaches 5m³/h, the output pressure can reach 2.5MPa.

2. Independent specimen chamber design

The specimen chamber is separated from the host, and there is an independent specimen chamber, which supports 6-station synchronous test, and the test is efficient.

The sliding transparent door ensures the safety of the test, and is convenient for installation, operation and test observation.

The stations do not interfere with each other, and each station interface is equipped with a manual ball valve, and any station can be opened and stopped at any time.

3. Easy adjustment of impact pressure

The impact peak and valley pressure can be adjusted arbitrarily from 0.1MPa to 2.5MPa.

Automatic switching of high and low pressure, stable impact frequency, small fluctuation of peak pressure and valley pressure.

4. Equipped with medium cooler

Equipped with an environmentally friendly cooling system to overcome the long-term friction and heating effect of the test medium and the pipeline, and ensure that the medium temperature meets the test requirements.

5. High stability and high reliability

Industrial PLC controller + configuration touch screen to achieve stable control.

High-voltage, high-frequency, fatigue-resistant actuators are used for high-low voltage switching, with high reliability.

Pressure sensor + pointer pressure gauge dual display structure, display intuitive, accurate and reliable.

The medium box is set inside, with automatic water replenishment function and water shortage alarm function.

6. Powerful software functions

Impact frequency 1 time/min~30 times/min software can be set arbitrarily。

Multi-station design, support synchronous test.

It integrates multiple functions such as pressure acquisition, impact frequency control, curve drawing, data storage, output, and automatic leakage identification.

Data can be uploaded to the JJDataCenter data management center for unified management.
