The instrument is used to test the ability of the plastic plastic manhole base to resist the external load mainly groundwater after being buried. It is a necessary test method and instrument for evaluating the material properties of the plastic manhole base and assessing its structural integrity.

1. The test pressure can be set arbitrarily from -70kPa - 0kPa, and the high-efficiency vacuum system can quickly draw the sample to the set pressure.

2. The special sealing head can perform radial sealing on the spigot pipe nozzle composed of winding structure wall pipe, double-layer axial hollow wall pipe and double-wall corrugated pipe. It is easy to operate. The reasonable head structure design can be assembled and sealed at one time. Sealing heads of various specifications can be customized.

3. Cantilever lifting structure design, the deformation measuring device is fixed on the end of the cantilever, distributed in fan shape, and can be adjusted telescopically. This structure allows the test to have an open test space, suitable for testing of inspection wells of various specifications from Φ315mm to Φ1200mm need.

4. The measuring sensor can be freely adjusted and locked in multiple directions, which can ensure that the sample can be used normally when the sample is incorrectly placed or there are stiffeners on the surface of the sample.

5. The use of industrial embedded system, large-size full-color LCD touch screen, realizes long-term uninterrupted automatic monitoring of the test process, without manual duty, automatic recording of pressure-time, deformation-time curves during the test process; automatic leakage detection , Once the sample leaks or becomes unstable, the system automatically stops the vacuum pump and prompts that the test is complete.

6. USB interface settings, data can be exported via U disk.

7. The system has a power-down protection function, so there is no need to worry about the test data being lost due to unexpected power outages. If there is an abnormal power outage during the test, the system will automatically delay the timing after the test is restarted and the set pressure is reached.
