JJICM Manhole Mechanical Properties Tester
This instrument is mainly used for the determination of mechanical properties of plastic manhole base, manhole wells, and wellbore. It is suitable for the shear resistance test of the plastic inspection well base, the axial load ability test of the plastic inspection well base, and it is also suitable for the measurement of the ring stiffness, flatness test and ring flexibility test of thermoplastic pipes. Meet the requirements of testing standards for PE double-wall corrugated pipes, winding pipes and various plastic pipes. At the same time, it supports the extended creep ratio test function.

JJICM Manhole Mechanical Properties Tester



It is mainly used to determine the mechanical properties of plastic manhole bases, manhole wells, and wellbore.

It is suitable for the shear resistance test of the plastic inspection well base, the axial load ability test of the plastic inspection well base, and it is also suitable for the measurement of the ring stiffness, flatness test and ring flexibility test of thermoplastic pipes. Meet the requirements of testing standards for PE double-wall corrugated pipe winding pipes and various plastic pipes. At the same time, it supports the extended creep ratio test function.


1. The gantry-type ultra-high rigidity frame structure, wide speed control range, sealed vertical axis bracket, ultra-strong rigidity, and gapless ball bearings make the instrument high precision and good stability.


2. The transmission part adopts a full set of imported all-digital AC servo system, and the force value detection part adopts a piecewise linear correction method to ensure the high precision and high stability of the machine.



3. The bridging structure of multiple force sensors is adopted to enhance the resistance to deflection of large pipes.



4. The original pull-wire inner diameter measurement system makes it easy to install the sample, and the measurement is more direct. It can accurately measure the inner diameter change of the pipe.



5. The combined installation of the shear test frame and the main engine facilitates the installation of the supporting compression device of the manhole base. The flexible steel belt applies shear force to the pipe socket of the manhole base, which is suitable for the shear test of various manhole wells.



6. It has overload, overcurrent, overvoltage and overtemperature protection functions, and has multiple safety protection functions such as machinery, electrical appliances, and software to make the test operation safe and reliable.



7. The modular structure of the whole machine meets the needs of users for instrument function expansion.
