The JJAVD Viscosity Average Molecular Weight Tester measure the intrinsic viscosity (η) of the polymer material solution by viscometry, and determine the viscosity-average molecular weight of the polymer material according to the relationship between the intrinsic viscosity and the viscosity-average molecular weight (Mη).


This instrument is an intelligent instrument designed to measure the intrinsic viscosity and viscosity average molecular weight of chemical fiber products and other polymer materials. It can be widely used in chemical fiber products, petrochemical and other fields.


The JJAVD Viscosity Average Molecular Weight Tester is composed of host, controller, constant temperature bath, test frame, glass capillary viscometer and other parts. The instrument adopts touch screen control, automatic suction, automatic reading, automatic judgment and automatic calculation of results, and the measurement accuracy is high. It can be used to test the annual average molecular weight of ultra-high and ultra-high polyethylene molecular weight. 1. Automatic test control

3. Automatic calculation of test results


The test results are automatically calculated, and important parameters such as viscosity ratio ( ηrel ), relative increase in viscosity (ηsp), intrinsic viscosity (η), and viscosity average molecular weight (Mη) can be obtained at the same time.


4. Powerful data processing software


U disk is used to store the test data, and the storage quantity can be expanded infinitely according to the capacity of the U disk. The test data stored in the U disk is finally imported into the testDMS data management system software, and the data can be post-processed, saved and printed out of the test report.
