JJFWI-112 Falling Weight Impact Tester




This instrument is the latest type of testing instrument designed to meet the ASTM D2444 standard to test the impact resistance of pipes.


It is suitable for the determination of the impact toughness of PVC-U, PVC-C pipe, PP pipe, PE pipe, and plastic pipes for underground communication pipelines.


It is an ideal testing instrument for testing institutions, production units, building materials industry, and scientific research units.


The instrument is suitable for two test methods: passing method and gradient method.


1. The hammer lifting device adopts an imported AC servo system with two operating speeds, high-speed operating speed is 12m/min, low-speed operating speed is 0.25m/min, and the test efficiency is extremely high;

2. The unique design of the drop pipe and vent hole makes the impact of the hammer's falling air resistance extremely small;

3. The lifting height of the hammer body can be arbitrarily set and automatically calibrated;

4. The anti-secondary impact device adopts a unique air cushion buffer design, which can be adjusted arbitrarily when using different quality hammers, no noise, low tremor, and long instrument life; the anti-secondary impact capture rate reaches 100%;

5. The sample is automatically fixed during the test, which improves work efficiency and safety;

6. Equipped with combined V-shaped shim, wide test range;

7. Equipped with three-level safety automatic protection device: anti-shock protection, hammer suction chamber door protection and sample chamber door protection, which effectively protects the personal safety of the operators;

8. The host operation panel is equipped with safety alarm design such as upper and lower limit indication, observation window door unclosed alarm indication, sample door unclosed alarm indication, secondary capture device action alarm indication, and zero position indication.
