Melt flow rate indexer




This instrument is used to test the engineering plastics such as polyethylene, polysulfone, fluoroplastics and nylon with high melting temperature, as well as plastics with low melting temperature such as polyethylene, polystyrene, polypropylene ABS resin and polyformaldehyde resin.


1. Using advanced electronic measurement technology, liquid crystal display test results, and micro-printer output results, obtain the melt mass flow rate (MFR) or melt volume flow rate (MVR) (Note: single measurement value and the average value of multiple cuts ). 


2. The structure of the testing machine is compact and beautiful. The control system can measure and display the temperature value in real time. It has functions such as upper limit temperature protection, constant temperature sound prompt, and reply time prompt. 


3. Using advanced PID control technology and high-speed, high-resolution sampling circuit, the machine has the characteristics of fast heating rate, minimal overshoot in constant temperature; high constant temperature precision; after filling, it can quickly restore the constant temperature state and so on.
