JJPSCT-S Salt Spray Corrosion Testing Machine

This instrument is the corrosion resistance test unit of the comprehensive performance test platform for thin-walled stainless steel pipe fittings. It is mainly used to test the salt spray corrosion resistance of thin-walled stainless steel pipes and fittings.

1.Open design

The cover is made of transparent and corrosion-resistant material, which is convenient for test operation and observation.

2.High temperature resistant and corrosion resistant structure

Both the outer shell and the inner chamber adopt PVC non-metallic integrated design, which is resistant to high temperature and corrosion;

The test bench is made of ABS board, which is corrosion resistant and has strong load-bearing capacity.

The special glass nozzle can precisely adjust the spray volume and spray angle;

The plane indexing sample holder, the angle can be adjusted arbitrarily, the spray is even, and the fog is consistent;

The advanced temperature control system accurately controls the temperature of the laboratory and pressure barrel.

4.High security, high reliability

It is equipped with a water level observation window, which has the functions of automatic defogging, automatic water replenishment, water shortage and high temperature protection, etc.;

Pure titanium heater, long life guarantee;

Saturated pressure tank, using SUS#304 stainless steel high pressure resistant design;

The special precision glass nozzle can work continuously for 4000 hours without blockage of crystal salt.
