1. High force measurement accuracy The force value sensor and the digital technology of the sensor are adopted to ensure the high accuracy of the force value, and the test accuracy of the force value is better than 0.5%.
2. Wide force measurement range The force value resolution is up to 1 / 3000000.For 500N sensor, under the accuracy of 0.5 level, the lower limit of the test force value is as low as 0.6N .For 2N sensor, it can effectively test 0.001N.
3. Wide speed range Tensile and returning speed may reach to 5000mm/min, largely increase the working efficiency.
4. Wide frequency range The frequency band width is more than 8.5hz, which is nearly 50 times higher than the standard requirements. It can test the instantaneous change of the sample without distortion.
5. Large stretching space The tensile space is 900mm and 1200mm, which is suitable for testing a variety of materials with large elongation.
6. Intelligent sensor The sensor adopts an original intelligent and digital design, which can automatically identify the installation status of the sensor, the nature of the sensor, the range of the sensor, and the sensor coefficient. The sensor replacement does not require manual settings; the sensors have good interchangeability, and the sensors do not require on-site calibration.
7. Humanized follow-up system The tester can adjust the position of the beam arbitrarily by hand, which makes the test operation more arbitrary and greatly improves the test efficiency.
