1.Patented Structure Pendulum

One-time CNC machined impact pendulum with the performance of 90od rigidity and no vibration: Lock nut fxing
structure was introduced for easier installation；


It is equipped with weighing and measurement points for calibration works；


2.Specimen installation and centering device


With a specimen centering device,it can quickly position and install specimens,improve testing effciency,and ensure accurate results；


3.High Efficiency and Security


Equipped with multiple security protection devices such as protective door；


access control switches and braking system；


4.High-precision and Multi-functions


JJ-TEST independently developed highly integrated Data Acquisition Processor (JJ-DPU1)to guarantee the stability of tester；


Display the impact angle in real time and automatically calculate impact energy/strength;With auxilliaryfunctions of correcting friction energy loss and measuring the period of oscillation of pendulum；


Automatically captures specimen dimensions and batch-processes specimen data and test results with Smart Dimension Measuring Device JJSM-113；


Dual control of PC and touch screen realizes RDS；


Confgure the testDMS data management system to export experimental data for convenient post processing and analysis.
