This machine is suitable for the preparation of tensile test splines for biaxially oriented films (BOPP, BOPC, BOPET, BOPA), uniaxially oriented films and their composite films (bags).

The instrument holds the plastic film sample firmly, and the cutter is sharp and easy to replace. Simple operation, safe and reliable use; Multi-layer, multiple and multiple splines can be sheared at one time; The number of samples that can be prepared at one time is 12, of which 5 are 15mm wide and 7 are 10mm wide. In addition, the user can cut four kinds of splines of 10mm, 15mm, 20mm and 25mm at the same time after changing the cutter configuration according to needs. Compared with the die cutting method, the cut spline has smooth edges and parallel edges without defects (no defects are observed at 20 times magnification), and the cut spline can ensure that the mechanical properties of the film are not affected. Its tensile strength and elongation at break data are accurate, reliable and consistent.
