JJEST Tensile Stress Measuring Instrument
This instrument is used for the determination of the tensile stress of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (PE-UHMW) molding and extrusion materials, and the value of the tensile stress is used to characterize the melt viscosity characteristics of the material. It is suitable for materials with extremely high molecular weight, and the melt flow rate cannot be determined by the method specified in GB/T 3682-2000 standard. |

1. The six stations can be tested independently, which is easy to operate, accurate and reliable.

5. The instrument is equipped with an automatic smoke exhaust system, and the test process does not pollute the test environment.
6. Independent of the temperature protection circuit outside the control system, in order to prevent the temperature of the heating medium from exceeding the range of use and accidental fire, a reliable second barrier is established.
7. Program-controlled test operation, automatic timing release of the brake device, automatic start of timing, automatic recording of fixed elongation time.
8. The software automatically draws the constant elongation stress-time double logarithmic curve, built-in linear regression algorithm, and automatically calculates the constant elongation stress F(150/10).
9. Professional software draws displacement-time curve, temperature-time curve, analyzes the elongation process, and can store and archive test data. |
