The JJRST series ring stiffness tester is suitable for the measurement of the ring stiffness of thermoplastic pipes with a circular cross-section, as well as for flat test and ring flexibility test.
Meet the requirements of testing standards for PE double-wall corrugated pipes, winding pipes and various plastic pipes. In addition, it supports the extended creep ratio test function, which is used to measure large-diameter plastic buried pipes and simulate the decay of ring stiffness with time under long-term deep buried conditions. This series of ring stiffness testing machine has passed the CE certification of EU products.

1. Ultra-high rigidity frame
The gantry-type ultra-high rigidity frame structure, wide speed control range, sealed vertical axis bracket, ultra-strong rigidity, and gapless ball bearings make the instrument high precision and good stability.
Adopt advanced closed-loop AC servo maintenance-free control system, high precision and high reliability; imported reducer and ball screw improve control accuracy and stability. High-speed and high-resolution AD sampling circuit is used to ensure that the peak value of test data is not lost, and the method of piecewise linear correction is used to ensure the high precision and high stability of the force value detection part.
The bridging structure of multiple force sensors is adopted, which enhances the resistance to deflection of large pipes and reduces the probability of sensor damage.
4. Inner diameter measuring system
The original pull-wire inner diameter measurement system, without any intermediate links, makes the sample installation more convenient, the measurement is more direct and accurate, and can accurately measure the inner diameter change of the pipe.
PC control software, intuitive and simple to operate, realizes the functions of creep ratio test curve drawing, test process control, test monitoring, sample data analysis, test report printing, etc.; adopts unequal distance cutting regression algorithm to automatically realize the loading process required by the standard, The loading success rate is high, which greatly reduces the difficulty of the test; the static constant load algorithm explored for a long time ensures the fast loading and constant load stability.
It has overload, overcurrent, overvoltage and overtemperature protection functions, and has multiple safety protection functions such as machinery, electrical appliances, and software to make the test operation safe and reliable. |
