JJPOT Pipe Opacity Tester

This instrument is mainly used to determine the opacity of pipes and fittings.The JJPOT Pipe opacity tester overcomes the subjectivity of traditional methods to test the opacity of pipes, and then obtains the true transmittance of tpipes. It consists of optical source, Luminous flux collection system, automatic specimen going in/out controlling system, specimen automatic moving device, specimen support, man-machine communicating touch screen and micro-printer.

1. Accuracy

High accurate parallel optical source ensures a stable result.

High accurate luminous flux collection device and 24 bit analog-digit convert ensure accurate measurement.

2. Test operation

Different diameter of pipe has its matching specimen support and raster;

Specimen chamber going in/out automatically, easy to position and fetch specimen, to increase test efficiency;

Automatic calibration and three-point measurement can be done successfully;

3. Data proceeding

May save max. 1000 groups of test data automatically.

Fast test data search and filtration.

Print out the report through micro-printer.

4. Display

Large size full-color touch screen makes it easy to be operated and read the result directly.
