This instrument is used to test the engineering plastics such as polyethylene, polysulfone, fluoroplastics and nylon with high melting temperature, as well as plastics with low melting temperature such as polyethylene, polystyrene, polypropylene ABS resin and polyformaldehyde resin.

1. The measured results can be automatically transformed into each other.


2. The control software can realize the functions of parameter setting, constant temperature control, cutting, metering calibration, timing, MFR result display, test data query and printing, etc.


3. Full color touch screen, bilingual operation interface in Chinese and English.


4. Advanced PID control technology is adopted, with fast heating speed and high constant temperature precision; After filling, it can quickly restore the constant temperature state.


5. It has the function of storing test parameters and can store eight groups of test parameters.


6. This product has passed the EU, CE certification, obtained a number of patented technologies, and continuously passed the capability verification of "CNAs plastic melt mass flow rate measurement" by the National Accreditation Commission (pt0017-t012, T024).
